Coffee from Iceland
Yes, it’s true: Iceland grows their own coffee. This is part of Bean There’s offering: a fair-trade coffee personally sourced from (mostly) Africa (except the Iceland blend, of course). They stock Habitaz, my place of (sometime) work – so stop if for a (free) cuppa sometime. Terry designed the site (a fun one to do) and I’ve added the online newsletter (courtesy: dadamail) and am about to add a wordpress blog…

Hm. Sorry mate. There isn’t any coffee grown back here, all imported (yes, I’m in Iceland). In fact, they say so on that page you link to “Bean there … they got no coffee”.
But the coffee we import is quite nice
Btw, nice blog you got here.
That was kind of the humour behind the “Bean to Iceland” concept and why I think it’s so funny (I think you need fairly tropical conditions to grow coffee and Iceland is obviously not that). It’s kinda like saying there are polar bears walking around the African bushveld…hehe.
