The staff have no clue of Apple's way of live and whenever you ask advice they simply give you advice from their "Windows experience".. I've had a number of friends that bought Macs and it's shocking to hear how they either don't know or they give you Windows-based advice??? They don't eat live breath Apple as they do overseas.. When they speak to you they don't have this driving force that Apple is the best most awesomest thing ever..they could just as well be selling funeral plans.. They really give Apple such a bad name!
